The product has the advantages of continuous, efficient and stable production of masks, convenient counting, accurate, convenient operation and energy saving. The process is that the whole roll of cloth is driven by roller after unwinding, and the cloth is folded and wrapped automatically; the whole roll of nose beam is pulled and uncoiled, cut to a fixed length and then introduced into the wrapped cloth, and the two sides are welded to the seal by ultrasonic wave, then sealed at the ultrasonic side and cut to shape by cutter; the two sides of the mask are neat, without burr and wrinkles. The film printer can be equipped with another mask ear belt to form an integrated molding machine. The mask is transported to two mask ear belt welding stations through the assembly line, and finally formed by ultrasonic welding. When the mask is made, it is transported to the flat belt line through the assembly line for collection.
